Kids Program 8-12

Our primary goal is to ensure our kids develop a lifetime love of fitness! We focus on strength, flexibility, speed, endurance and so much more. Every class includes an engaging warmup, mobility/flexibility, explanations and skill practice followed by the WOD (Workout of the Day). Finally, they finish with a game to end class in a fun way. Class is 50 min long and is separated by 2 age groups (6-9 & 10-12).
