CROSS TRAINING

“Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity”. We adjust all WOD’s to each person’s needs. Be a part of a Community based program in New Jersey that motivates and inspires you. Professional coaches that focus on form and proper motor patterns to achieve all of your fitness goals.

Kids Program 8-12

Our primary goal is to ensure our kids develop a lifetime love of fitness! We focus on strength, flexibility, speed, endurance and so much more. Every class includes an engaging warmup, mobility/flexibility, explanations and skill practice followed by the WOD (Workout of the Day). Finally, they finish with a game to end class in a fun way. Class is 50 min long and is separated by 2 age groups (6-9 & 10-12).

Small Group Training

Personal/small group training is for anyone looking for a more individualized approach in their training. Our Coaches will discuss your goals and implement ways to safely achieve them.

Team Trainings

GSA offers strength, speed and change of direction classes for our youth athletes. Team trainings are available during both in and off seasons.
